Job summary

SES Technology in Sunderland is seeking an experienced Building BID Manager to lead all elements of high-value bids and shape compelling win themes. The role requires collaboration across the business to craft a joined-up narrative from capture to submission.

You will manage governance during PCSA/ECI periods for projects up to about £150m and may travel to support bids across the UK, including London offices.

• Lead all elements of the bid process (capture planning, solution, quality response, commercial/pricing, presentations) from early engagement through to final submission.
• Work with colleagues across the business to bring clarity, structure and direction to each bid, ensuring all aspects align to a robust win strategy.
• Support operational teams to satisfy governance during PCSA/ECI periods for projects up to circa £150m.
• Role based in Sunderland with UK-wide bid activity requiring travel to other offices as needed.
