Qualifications

• Proven experience managing bids for multi-million-pound high-voltage substations or complex infra projects.
• Strong leadership with independent decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned bids, ensuring governance approvals and high-quality orders.
• Collaborate with Proposals Manager and Sales to craft winning bid strategies.
• Review invitations to tender and contracts to identify drivers, scope, and risks.
• Lead the Capture Team to deliver all bid deliverables on time per the tender program.
• Engage with customers during pre-tender meetings to clarify project scope and requirements.
