Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Product Manager to own strategy, roadmaps and lifecycle for its White Space portfolio across EMEA. You will identify market opportunities and define product requirements, collaborating with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations across EMEA and North America to drive growth.

The role covers governance of product profitability, pricing strategy and engaging with strategic customers, with a focus on data center infrastructure technologies and modular solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Business Development.
• Experience within the Data Center industry.
• Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with White Space solutions (racks, rack PDUs, containment, PODs, modular infrastructure or similar technologies) is highly desirable.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization.
• Fluent English required.

• Own product profitability and support pricing strategy.
