Job summary

AMAZON UK is seeking a Data Center Technician to join AWS Infrastructure Services in London. You will serve as a primary technical resolver for data center infrastructure challenges and maintain IT hardware and network equipment across locations.

This role may involve shift work, manual handling, and on-call responsibilities. You will develop expertise in troubleshooting and contribute to continuous improvements while ensuring safety and service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience in networking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical resolver for data center infrastructure challenges.
• Work within the Data Center Operations (DCO) team to maintain IT infrastructure and hardware.
• Develop expertise in various hardware and software troubleshooting scenarios.
• Lead resolution of infrastructure issues and coordinate with solution teams on complex cases.
• Help drive continuous improvements.
