Job summary

Interface Recruitment in Leeds is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of server and storage infrastructure in a busy data centre. You will work within the 3rd line support team with responsibility for administration and maintenance of the estate.

Key duties include designing and implementing server/storage solutions, planning upgrades and migrations, and ensuring backups comply with policy.

Qualifications

• Experience working in ITIL environments and managing projects.
• Knowledge of ISO operating procedures.
• Familiarity with IT governance and service design.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support server and storage infrastructure.
• Design and implement server/storage solutions.
• Plan upgrades, migrations and backups.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL and Prince2 workflows.
