Job summary

Robertson Sumner Ltd is seeking a Data Centre Solutions Architect to design enterprise-class infrastructure and influence technology strategy for UK clients. You will work closely with customers, sales teams and vendors to create innovative solutions across compute, storage, virtualization, networking, backup, and hybrid cloud.

In this customer-facing role you will lead workshops, produce designs, proposals and statements of work, and act as the technical lead throughout the solution lifecycle,

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solutions Architect or Data Centre Architect.
• Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within a VAR, MSP, SI or large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Data Centre and Hybrid Cloud solutions.
• Lead customer workshops and technical discovery sessions.
• Produce solution designs, proposals and Statements of Work.
• Support pre-sales engagements and strategic discussions.
• Act as the technical lead throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Collaborate with partners across Cisco, VMware, HPE, Dell, NetApp, and cloud providers.
