Job summary

Robertson Sumner Ltd. is seeking a senior, customer-facing CCIE-certified Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of Cisco solutions for enterprise customers. The role combines technical leadership, pre-sales engagement, and solution ownership from concept to delivery.

You will act as a trusted advisor shaping technical strategy and architecting scalable, secure, and resilient solutions across Networking, Security, Data Centre, Collaboration and Cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• CCIE certification (Enterprise Infrastructure, Data Centre, Security, or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect within a VAR, Integrator, MSP, or Enterprise environment.
• Deep knowledge of Cisco technologies including routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, SDA, ACI, Nexus, and security solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure architectures
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and business outcome

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design workshops with enterprise customers.
• Design end-to-end Cisco-based solutions across Networking, Security, Data Centre and Cloud.
• Act as the technical lead on high-value customer engagements and bids.
• Produce solution designs, proposals, Statements of Work, and technical roadmaps.
• Support pre-sales activities, presentations, and customer strategy sessions.
• Provide technical leadership and governance throughout project delivery.
• Build strong relationships with Cisco and key technology partners
