Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Director of Procurement & Supply Chain to lead the EMEA regional execution of procurement-led operating services for data centre infrastructure. You will partner with Data Center Operations, Regional COOs, and site leadership to enable reliable, secure, and cost-efficient operations through supplier frameworks and service agreements.

Qualifications

12+ years in procurement, supply chain, or data centre operations.
Experience managing regional service agreements and supplier negotiations.
Experience supporting uptime-critical operations in a regulated environment.
Ability to lead as a strategic partner to operations and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as the regional procurement and supply chain partner to Data Center Operations teams and Regional COOs.
Translate operational requirements into commercial frameworks, supplier strategies and service delivery models.
Lead regional negotiations, contract localization and execution for maintenance, facilities management, and security services.
Govern supplier performance through QBRs/SBRs, SLA tracking and escalation protocols.
Drive optimisation of total cost of ownership and lifecycle strategies across EMEA.
