Qualifications

• 1.5–4 years in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance or debt advisory.
• Strong research, financial modelling, analytical and valuation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to present.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze and evaluate financial statements, industry data and opportunities and present conclusions to the team.
• Develop, stress test and review financial models for investment opportunities and valuation.
• Perform due diligence on investment opportunities.
• Evaluate vendor information and DD inputs for investment analysis.
• Assist in preparing investment recommendations for the investment committee.
• Support asset management through portfolio company data analysis and questions.
