Job summary

17Capital LLP is seeking an Associate in the Middle Office within Investment Operations. You will own day-to-day loan operations, support deal documentation, and maintain high-quality data across the investment lifecycle, including working with Allvue data and external administrators.

You will collaborate across the Middle Office to ensure accurate, timely information, strengthen controls, and drive efficiency through data-driven insight and AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Maths or other highly numerical discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years experience in a loan administration function, within a fund administrator or private credit manager.
• Experience with loan administration systems such as Sentry or Allvue preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support loan operations across trade settlement, drawdowns, repayments and interest calculations.
• Maintain deal files, certificates and notices; ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Manage day-to-day counterparty interactions with agents, custodians and external parties.
• Support full investment lifecycle from onboarding to valuation inputs and wind-down reconciliations.
• Weekly data reconciliations between 17Capital systems and external admin systems; oversee data quality.
