The Data & BI Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data strategies, ensuring that the company harnesses the power of data to drive decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and management of the data warehouse strategy with Snowflake
- Build and manage a high-performing data and BI team.
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to support broader transformation initiatives.
- Drive the centralised approach to data management and reporting.
- Support the organisation's digital transformation efforts through effective data utilisation.

Skills:
- Proven experience in data management and business intelligence.
