Solace Women’s Aid is seeking a Business Support Administrator to join our Head Office in Camden. You will ensure a welcoming environment for staff, service users, volunteers and visitors, while supporting daily operations and safety at our Head Office.
You will work as part of the Business Support team, delivering cross-organisational services including insurance, utilities, IT, phones and Health & Safety reporting, with a focus on processing and systems improvements in support functions.

As Business Support Administrator, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming working environment at our Head Office in Camden. This is also a space where our service users should feel safe and cared for, which is a key part in ensuring that our Head Office runs smoothly for our service users, staff teams, volunteers and visitors.
As part of the Business Support team, you will also deliver cross organisational services to support business operations, which includes insurance, utilities, IT, phones and Health & Safety reporting.
You’re passionate about meeting the needs of our service users and you bring a positive can-do approach to your work. Your experience of adopting processes and systems to embed best practice in support functions will help you to excel in this role.
You work well in diverse teams, and as an active team player, you'rekeen to work with colleagues towards common objectives.
The postholder will provide on-site business support within our Head Office. Given the nature of this role, we are unable to offer hybrid working for this position.
