Data and Systems Services Manager

We're looking for a Data and Systems Services Manager within our Programme Team where we have brought together our data and insight teams to transform how we manage data across CBS. You'll be part of our wider Co-op Business Services (CBS) organisation. CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable and cost-effective business services across our Co-op. You'll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realize our group vision of 'co-operating to build more value for member-owners every day'.
In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping service performance while guiding the team toward success and fostering strong relationships with senior leaders. You'll immerse yourself in our key business systems and domain data, working to enhance governance and drive ongoing progress across the business. By influencing both partners and senior leaders, you'll lead the charge in improving risk management, data quality, and project outcomes.
