Job summary

BPP, part of Lyceum Education Group, is seeking an AI & Data Automation Coach to support apprentices throughout their learning journey, providing expert coaching and development support to help them achieve apprenticeship goals and maximise their potential.

You'll work with apprentices, employers and internal teams to deliver a high-quality coaching experience, guiding learners through gateway reviews and End Point Assessment preparation while building strong stakeholder relationships.

• Providing academic, professional and safeguarding support when required.

About the Role

As an AI & Data Automation Coach, you'll work closely with apprentices, employers and internal teams to deliver a high-quality coaching experience. You'll support learners in developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours required by their apprenticeship standards while helping them apply their learning in the workplace.

You'll play a vital role in learner engagement and achievement, conducting regular progress reviews, providing constructive feedback and guiding apprentices through key milestones, including gateway reviews and End Point Assessment preparation.
