LDN Apprenticeships is recruiting an AI and Automation Expert Skills Coach to support apprentices on the Level 4 programme. Mostly remote with monthly office days in South London, you will coach, mentor and track progress across cohorts.
You’ll design engaging group sessions, run progress reviews, and provide timely feedback to employers while developing strong relationships with learners and industry partners.
AI and Automation Expert Skills Coach
Delivery Team | £45,000-£50,000 + excellent benefits | Full-time, Hybrid (South London)
Do you get excited by helping people embrace AI and automation to transform the way they work? Are you passionate about developing others and enabling them to deliver real business impact through technology? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
LDN Apprenticeships is Highly Rated by Ofsted, a B Corp-certified organisation and a Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 winner. We’re focused on transforming how people grow through our apprenticeships.
Our Delivery Team is central to that work, supporting learners to complete their apprenticeships and achieve their career potential. As our very first Skills Coach on our new AI and Automation Expert Level 4 programme, you’ll be the person our apprentices turn to: their coach, their guide, and often the reason they succeed.
You’ll join our Delivery Team as a Skills Coach, supporting a caseload of apprentices to acquire and demonstrate the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to meet the Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation Practitioner Level 4 Standard. Mostly remote with at least one day a month at our South London office, the role is built around coaching, mentoring and genuine relationship-building.
This is a varied and rewarding role. Some days you’ll be deep in one-to-one coaching conversations, reviewing work or writing progress review reports for employers. Others you’ll be running group training sessions or in-person development days. The common thread is that you genuinely care how your apprentices are getting on and you take their development personally.
We're looking for someone who combines a passion for developing people with practical experience of AI, automation and process improvement. Beyond that, here’s what will make you the right fit for this role:
We think how you’re looked after matters as much as your salary. Here’s what we offer:

We are proud to have been recognised as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026, achieving a Top 10 ranking in the medium-sized category — an outstanding achievement that reflects our people-first culture.
We are also the first apprenticeship provider in the UK to achieve B Corp certification, and rank among the top 10% of B Corps globally, demonstrating our commitment to high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
