Job summary

BPP is seeking an AI & Data Automation Coach to mentor apprentices and support their learning journey in AI, data and automation. You will guide learners through knowledge, skills and behaviours required by apprenticeship standards and help them apply learning in the workplace.

You'll engage with apprentices, employers and internal teams, conduct progress reviews, provide constructive feedback and prepare learners for gateway reviews and End Point Assessments, contributing to programme

About the Role

As an AI & Data Automation Coach, you'll work closely with apprentices, employers and internal teams to deliver a high-quality coaching experience. You'll support learners in developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours required by their apprenticeship standards while helping them apply their learning in the workplace.

You'll play a vital role in learner engagement and achievement, conducting regular progress reviews, providing constructive feedback and guiding apprentices through key milestones, including gateway reviews and End Point Assessment preparation.
