Job summary

BPP, part of Lyceum Education Group, is seeking an AI & Data Automation Coach to support apprentices throughout their learning journey, providing expert coaching and development support to help them achieve apprenticeship goals and maximise their potential.

You'll work with apprentices, employers and internal teams to deliver a high-quality coaching experience, guiding learners through gateway reviews and End Point Assessment preparation while building strong stakeholder relationships.

• Professional experience in a data-focused role.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to provide meaningful developmental feedback.
• Experience coaching, reviewing or holding performance conversations.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Passion for supporting and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and supporting apprentices throughout their learning journey.
• Delivering structured development plans to help learners reach potential.
• Conducting regular progress reviews with apprentices and line managers.
• Providing feedback against apprenticeship knowledge, skills and behaviours.
• Supporting learner engagement and programme participation.
• Building strong relationships with learners, employers and internal stakeholders.
• Providing academic, professional and safeguarding support when required.
• Preparing apprentices for End Point Assessment and gateway reviews.
• Contributing to programme improvements and processes.
• Collaborating with client services and employer stakeholders.
