Are you an organised and experienced administrator with a strong understanding of data and information systems? We are looking for a Data and Administration Team Leader to join our team and play an important role in supporting the delivery of effective services for children, young people, families and partner organisations. You will provide professional information, advice and support to managers and staff, helping to maintain effective information systems and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for the production, analysis and reporting of data, supporting local and national reporting requirements and contract monitoring. You will also manage and develop management information systems, support data quality, produce performance reports and help colleagues make effective use of electronic systems. The role also includes leading and supporting an administrative team, including supervision, development and day to day deployment. Working closely with colleagues across Compass and external partners, you will help ensure information is accurate, accessible and managed appropriately, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
