Job summary

InHealth Group Limited is seeking a Head of Data & Analytics to shape the future of data across the DESP and CHIS programs. You will lead the transition from traditional reporting to a modern analytics function and help improve outcomes for colleagues, customers and patients.

Based in the UK with hybrid work: 1 day per week in Middlewich office and four days remote, you will oversee scalable analytics solutions, data products and reporting capabilities using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, while

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading data, analytics or information services functions.
• Experience designing and delivering analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, Data Pipelines, Semantic Models and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience supporting data platform migrations and readiness assessments.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the data & analytics strategy for DESP and CHIS.
• Lead the adoption, development and governance of the Microsoft Fabric platform.
• Design analytics solutions using Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, Pipelines and Power BI.
• Develop data products, dashboards and KPI pipelines to drive operational performance.
• Lead data platform migration activities and ensure readiness for transition.
• Champion data governance and quality across the organization.
• Coach and develop a high-performing analytics team.
