Job summary

Just Group plc is looking for a Data Analytics Manager to strengthen Group Internal Audit (GIA) with hands-on data capabilities. You will extract, analyse and visualise data from multiple sources to drive risk assessment, controls evaluation and insightful audit outcomes.

You’ll develop dashboards, MI, and automation to support decision-making while adopting advanced analytics including AI to continuously improve audit effectiveness, all in line with audit standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, data science, IT or finance or equivalent experience.
• Strong SQL, Python and/or R skills with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Experience with data platforms and large datasets; familiarity with ERP environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as data analytics SME for Internal Audit, delivering data-driven insights.
• Design dashboards and MI to support audits and risk assessments.
• Automate analyses and explore advanced analytics, including AI, to improve audit effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure data governance and quality across analytics projects.
