Just Group is seeking a Data Analytics Manager within Internal Audit to strengthen data capabilities. You will extract, analyse and visualise data from multiple sources, deliver evidence-based insights, and build dashboards to support decision-making and audit effectiveness.

You will lead analytics initiatives, drive automation, and collaborate with stakeholders while ensuring data governance and adherence to audit standards.}

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CISA, CPA, CIA, Security+, CISSP, or CISM preferred.
• Proven experience in data analytics within audit, risk, or consulting.
• Strong SQL, Python and/or R, and data visualisation skills (Power BI or similar).
• Experience with large data sets and data platforms (e.g., Azure Fabric).
• Knowledge of AI, ML, automation use cases in analytics/audit.
• Excellent communication to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Act as SME in data analytics within Internal Audit using SQL and Power BI.
• Deliver analytics support, generating insights on risk and controls.
• Develop dashboards and MI to aid decision-making.
• Support adoption of automation and AI to improve audit effectiveness.
• Manage multiple analytics projects with governance.
