Job summary

Just Group plc is seeking a Data Analytics Manager for Internal Audit to lead data-driven audits and deliver actionable insights. You will extract, analyse and visualise data from multiple sources to assess risks and controls, building dashboards and MI to support decision-making.

You will drive adoption of advanced analytics, including automation and AI, while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring data governance across audits.

Qualifications

• Degree and/or professional certifications in data-related fields.
• Proven experience in data analytics within audit, risk, or consulting environments.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Python and/or R, and data visualisation tools such as Power BI (or similar).
• Hands-on experience with data platforms (e.g. Azure Fabric, Power BI, SQL) and large datasets.
• Experience developing dashboards to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management practices.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and enterprise data environments.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or automation use cases in analytics, audit, or risk contexts.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in data analytics using SQL, Python/R, and Power BI; automate analysis.
• Deliver analytics support to Internal Audit with actionable risk insights from varied data sources.
• Contribute to GIA strategy with data-driven solutions and innovation.
• Promote adoption of AI/GenAI to enhance audit efficiency.
• Design and deliver dashboards and MI, pursuing automation and efficiency.
• Maintain data governance and manage multiple analytics projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Engage stakeholders and provide updates across audit engagements.
