Job summary

Just Group plc is seeking a Data Analytics Manager for Internal Audit in London, offering a hybrid working pattern. The role focuses on extracting, analysing and visualising data to strengthen audit effectiveness and governance across multiple sources.

The ideal candidate will lead the data analytics function, build dashboards, automate analyses, and promote advanced analytics like AI within audit processes. This is a permanent, full-time role with 35 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics within audit, risk or consulting.
• Strong SQL/Python/R and Power BI skills.
• Experience with data platforms and large datasets.
• Knowledge of data governance and metadata management.
• Nice to have AI/machine learning in analytics context.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analytics support to Internal Audit with insights on risk and controls.
• Develop dashboards and MI to support audit outcomes.
• Automate analyses using Python/R and SQL.
• Collaborate with audit teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
