FRP Advisory is seeking a Data & Analytics Lead to guide the data team and elevate our Power BI service. You will develop reports, semantic models and data architectures while driving governance and standards across the organisation.

The role blends hands‑on delivery with leadership, mentoring colleagues and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions. Occasional UK travel is required.

Qualificações

• Strong hands‑on Power BI experience with DAX and data modelling.
• Experience setting Power BI standards and governance.
• Experience leading a data/analytics team or providing guidance.
• Understanding of data engineering, ETL and medallion architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the data team with clear priorities and standards.
• Develop Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models.
• Set architecture and governance standards for reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and delivery.
• Work with Data Engineering to build pipelines and connect systems.
• Ensure data quality, security and documentation.
• Provide training to colleagues on Power BI.
• Track Microsoft Fabric roadmap and advise on features.
