Job summary

Babcock is offering a two-year Data Analytics Graduate Programme in Bristol, with rotations across teams to influence critical national infrastructure. You will work on data Lifecycle tasks, build Power BI reports, and may contribute to Palantir Foundry projects for smarter decision making.

Expect structured mentorship, masterclasses, and involvement in enterprise data initiatives while developing skills in data visualisation, cloud platforms, agile ways of working, and ethical AI.

Qualifications

• An (Hons) degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Operational Research and/or Computer Science, or Data Science.
• Experience with Python would be advantageous for some placements.
• Must be able to achieve BPSS and Security Check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work with data across defence, nuclear and emergency services to optimise operations.
• Build reports in Power BI and dashboards; perform statistical analysis.
• Develop data solutions, including Palantir Foundry, to support smarter decision making.
• Communicate insights and contribute to strategy with mentors and teams.
