Job summary

Radius Limited in Crewe is seeking an early-career Data Analyst to develop and maintain reports and dashboards. You will craft SQL queries, translate business questions into analytical outputs, and work with analysts, engineers and business teams on reporting initiatives.

Based in Crewe, you’ll join a collaborative workspace and participate in continuous improvements to reporting tools and processes while building core analytical skills across a broad range of business functions.

Qualifications

• A degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology or related field OR up to 12 months of commercial Data Analyst/BI experience.
• Basic understanding of SQL and ability to write simple queries.
• Exposure to Tableau, Power BI or similar data visualization tools through work, projects or placements.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen interest in data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and visualisations using Tableau and other reporting tools.
• Write SQL queries to extract, validate and analyse data with support from more experienced analysts.
• Support stakeholders with reporting requests and translate business questions into analytical outputs.
• Perform data quality checks and investigate data issues to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Business Analysts and wider teams on reporting initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in reporting solutions, dashboards and processes.
