Job summary

Radius is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to join our Data Services & Reporting team in Crewe. You will develop reports and dashboards, write SQL queries, and turn business questions into analytical outputs.

This is an entry to early-career role focused on building technical and analytical skills with support from experienced colleagues. You’ll work across multiple functions, gain exposure to large datasets, and contribute to data initiatives that support our global business.

Qualifications

• Foundation in data analysis is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent with up to 12 months of commercial data role experience accepted.
• Basic understanding of SQL and ability to write simple queries.
• Exposure to Tableau/Power BI via work, uni projects or personal projects.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and visualisations using Tableau and other reporting tools.
• Write SQL queries to extract, validate and analyse data with guidance from senior analysts.
• Support stakeholders with reporting requests and translate business questions into outputs.
• Perform data quality checks and investigate data issues to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Business Analysts and wider teams on reporting initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in reporting solutions and processes.
• Build understanding of business processes, data structures and analytical best practices.
