Job summary

THG Ingenuity is offering a CX Apprenticeship - Data Analyst Level 4 in Northwich. The role supports the Customer Service department, turning operational data into actionable insights, with responsibilities spanning reporting, data collection, and ad hoc analysis.

You will learn SQL and Power BI, work with CS metrics, headcount, budgets, and carrier returns, while receiving a fully funded apprenticeship and onsite wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in data and how it drives business decisions.
• Willingness to learn SQL, Power BI and other data tools.
• Proactive in managing learning with training provider and meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable translating data into insights for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support CS operational reporting including headcount, budgets and key metrics.
• Collect, clean and validate data from internal and external sources.
• Build dashboards and reports (Power BI) tracking CS metrics.
• Write and run SQL queries to extract data for reporting.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement across CS data.
