Acrisure is seeking a Data Analyst to support a data-driven claims function within Tech Insurance Operations. You will extract, validate, and interpret claims data to inform oversight, reserving, and portfolio profitability, collaborating across underwriting, operations, and technology teams.

You will use SQL, Excel, and Azure Databricks to build reliable extracts, dashboards, and reports. The role emphasizes turning complex datasets into actionable insights for management and risk assessment,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analytics experience in financial services or insurance.
• Strong SQL querying and data manipulation skills.
• Experience with data validation, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience with Azure Databricks and Azure data services.
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights.

Responsabilités

• Analyse claims data from internal systems and external feeds to support oversight.
• Develop and maintain recurring extracts and ad hoc analyses using SQL.
• Create dashboards and reports for claims, underwriting, and actuarial teams.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, TPAs, and Technology to improve data quality and reporting.
