Job summary

McLaren Automotive is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Programme Quality team. You will manage raw data and generate critical reports highlighting quality metrics across multiple functions, influencing project delivery and vehicle launches.

The role requires strong Excel/Power BI skills, experience with BI tools, and the ability to communicate insights to stakeholders. A proactive, analytical mindset and passion for continuous improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with BI tools and data visualization.
• Knowledge of data modelling concepts and best practices.
• Experience deploying self-service BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with SAP Business Objects, Jira and Azure Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage internal and external quality reports and dashboards using Power BI and Jira.
• Evaluate analytics platforms and AI tools to enhance quality data management.
• Develop quality reporting processes to support product development requirements.
• Prepare and analyse large datasets to deliver customer insights for stakeholders.
• Lead troubleshooting to promote a self-service data culture.
• Own continuous improvement of Programme & Technical Quality reports and metrics.
