Job summary

Datatech Analytics is seeking a commercially focused Business Intelligence Analyst to shape the BI capability, turning complex business data into actionable insights via Power BI and Azure. The role reports to the Head of Operations and collaborates across Operations, Finance, Marketing and Leadership to define the BI roadmap and deliver enterprise-quality reporting with self-service capabilities.

Hybrid role in Frimley, salary £30,000-£50,000 depending on experience, with full UK working

Qualifications

• Extensive Power BI development experience.
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
• Experience creating enterprise dashboards and semantic models.
• Knowledge of Azure data services and ETL pipelines.
• Strong data governance and data quality understanding.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Build scalable data models and reusable datasets.
• Create self-service reporting solutions for business users.
• Develop and maintain Azure-based data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Design scalable Azure data architecture and optimise queries.
• Drive data governance and quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing and Leadership to shape BI strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and analytics processes.
