Job summary

BigHand seeks a data/BI analyst to turn revenue data into actionable reporting. You will join a small Revenue Operations data team that owns an Azure warehouse, Power BI reporting, and AI tooling. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the company from day one.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Power BI, SQL, and Azure experience, and can mentor through growth in a B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data/BI/analyst roles.
• Hands-on Power BI: reports, data modelling, DAX measures.
• SQL for analysis: joins, aggregations, filtering, CTEs.
• Exposure to Azure data tools, data warehouse environment.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory or similar pipelines.
• Detail-oriented with numbers and quality checks.
• Clear communication to non-technical colleagues.
• Curiosity and fast learning in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve Power BI reports/dashboards (pipeline, bookings, ARR, renewals, customer health).
• Write and optimize SQL queries against Azure data warehouse.
• Support Azure Data Factory pipelines: monitor runs, troubleshoot failures, add data sources.
• Keep data consistent across Salesforce, NetSuite, marketing automation; flag quality issues.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly reporting packs.
• Document data models, metric definitions and processes.
• Collaborate on AI-assisted analytics and automation projects.
