Job summary

EDF Energy Limited is seeking a Data Analyst for the Joint Design Office (JDO) at Hinkley Point C to provide analytical and data management support. You will manage multi‑source data, build dashboards, and deliver leadership reporting to improve design, manufacture, and construction decisions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
Understanding of data governance, data quality management, and data reconciliation techniques.
Experience with Databricks platform to access, transform, and analyse large datasets.
Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimise governed data pipelines within the Databricks platform to support reporting and analytics.
Extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources using SQL and Python.
Design and maintain curated datasets and reporting layers as a single source of truth for stakeholders.
Apply data governance to ensure quality, consistency, and traceability.
Develop and enhance dashboards and self‑service reporting (Power BI) for delivery performance insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements.
