Job summary

Expleo UK LTD is seeking a Data & MI Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders, data teams and delivery squads. You will understand data creation, management, transformation, reporting and consumption across the organisation and translate requirements into actionable data, MI and analytics solutions.

Key focus areas include data quality, governance, MI, dashboards and data mapping, with emphasis on data automation and improved reporting in an Agile setting.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between business stakeholders, data teams and technology delivery teams to translate business needs into data, MI and reporting requirements.
• Analyse data processes to identify quality, governance and usability improvements across the organisation.
• Support data warehouse, BI reporting and dashboards with clear data definitions and KPIs.
• Work within Agile delivery teams, creating user stories and acceptance criteria for data and reporting solutions.
• Validate outputs against business rules and ensure data integrity across reporting outputs.
