Antares Global Management Ltd. is seeking a Data Analyst to shape and validate finance data for a major Workday programme.

You will work across finance and technology to ensure data is accurate, traceable, and ready for reporting and audit, covering ingestion, mapping, reconciliation, and validation. The role focuses on data ingestion, mapping, reconciliation, and reporting datasets, with emphasis on data quality, lineage, and controls.

Qualifications

• Analytical candidate with finance data focus and Workday Data implications.
• Experience validating data for reporting and audit purposes.
• Ability to collaborate across finance and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Define finance data attributes and dataset requirements for reporting and journal creation.
• Analyse source-to-target mappings aligned to Workday metrics and reporting needs.
• Validate incoming datasets and confirm readiness for downstream processing.
• Design reconciliation logic across source data and reporting results.
• Identify data quality issues and work with teams to improve accuracy and controls.
• Define point-in-time and snapshot requirements for auditable period reporting.
• Prepare analytics-ready datasets and report specifications for Workday and downstream tools.
• Produce validation evidence for SIT, UAT and production readiness.
• Assess historical data fit for Financial & Actuarial module rules.
• Document data structures and maintain robust data lineage and controls.
