Job summary

The Isle of Wight Council is seeking an experienced data analyst to join our team supporting Children’s Services. You will work with colleagues to drive process improvement, digitalisation and dashboard development.

You will extract, model and interpret data to support statutory returns, dashboards and the Families First Programme. The role entails developing data insights for multiple customers and collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a data analyst supporting social care or similar sectors.
• Strong technical skills to drive process improvement, digitalisation and dashboards.
• Ability to extract, model, analyse and report data for statutory returns and team dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Extract, model and interpret data to develop dashboards and reports for social care teams.
• Design, develop and deliver data projects for multiple customers and for Families First programme.
• Coordinate testing data processes and data infrastructure developments to meet business requirements.
• Communicate with stakeholders, clarify needs and present findings and recommendations.
