Job summary

You will design and deliver Power BI dashboards and work with SAP, IBC and other systems to create clear, data‑driven stories for senior stakeholders.

You will analyse large datasets, apply advanced Excel skills, and develop efficient data models with DAX where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience turning data into actionable insight for workforce planning.
• Proficient in building accessible Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with DAX and SQL is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver intuitive Power BI dashboards from multiple data sources.
• Analyse data to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Data & Insight Team Manager and Strategic Partners to inform decisions.
