Job summary

Rockborne is seeking a Data Coach to join our training team. This hybrid role blends technical training, content development and client-facing work across internal cohorts and external client programmes.

The candidate will design and deliver bespoke Data, Analytics and AI training, create learning resources, and coach learners through real-world projects while collaborating with the commercial team on client briefs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical training to varied audiences.
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into practical business use cases.
• Strong client-facing and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive technical training to Rockborne’s cohorts.
• Deliver bespoke training programmes to external corporate clients.
• Work directly with clients to understand training requirements.
• Create and maintain training content, exercises and resources.
• Support ongoing development and improvement of Rockborne’s technical curriculum.
• Provide coaching, feedback and mentoring to learners.
• Support consultants applying skills in real client environments.
• Contribute to client-facing projects and shape training solutions.
• Collaborate with commercial team to input into client briefs.
• Independently manage training projects and priorities.
