Job summary

Rockborne, a London-based Data & Analytics consultancy, is seeking a skilled trainer to deliver engaging technical training to internal cohorts and external clients.

You will develop bespoke programmes, adapt content for varied audiences, and coach learners while collaborating with the commercial team to shape training solutions. Hybrid in-person presence is required, with supportive benefits for work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge across Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, data modelling and cloud platforms.
• Experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, BI, Data Warehousing or ETL is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience delivering technical training and workshops.
• Client-facing experience with external stakeholders is preferred.
• Ability to create technical learning content and training programmes.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and tie them to business use cases.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging technical training to internal consultant cohorts.
• Deliver bespoke programmes to external corporate clients and adapt content for different audiences.
• Collaborate with clients to capture requirements and design learning solutions.
• Create and maintain training content, exercises, and learning resources.
• Support curriculum development and coach learners throughout their development.
• Contribute to client-facing projects and shape training solutions with the commercial team.
• Independently manage training projects and priorities with wider teams.
