Job summary

Corndel is seeking a Curriculum Developer for Data to shape and continuously improve our Data and AI apprenticeship programmes. You will translate complex Data concepts into practical, engaging learning experiences and collaborate with Product Managers, coaches, and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality content.

You will work flexibly across our Data product portfolio, aligning materials with apprenticeship standards, monitoring learner feedback, and updating content to reflect evolving

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating learning content (e-learning or training materials).
• Ability to translate data and AI concepts into accessible learning materials.
• Experience QA of curriculum and alignment to apprenticeship standards.
• Familiar with apprenticeship standards and assessment expectations.
• Experience using Jira for content tracking and workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and maintain high-quality curriculum content across Data programmes.
• Review and quality assure existing curriculum content for accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, coaches, and subject matter experts to ensure engaging content.
• Translate complex Data and AI concepts into clear, practical learning experiences.
• Monitor feedback and implement iterative curriculum enhancements.
• Track curriculum-related work using Jira and coordinate through to resolution.
• Keep learning content current with developments in data and AI tools and practices.
• Support curriculum QA processes and uphold high standards across programmes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance learner engagement and progression.
