Accenture is seeking a Data & AI Senior Manager in Glasgow to lead AI-enabled transformation across data engineering, platform engineering and data products. You will shape strategy, drive complex programmes, and develop talent while delivering value for clients.
You will engage senior stakeholders, define roadmaps, and oversee governance, risk, and responsible AI practices to ensure ethical and high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in one or more of AI Platform Engineering, AI Pipelines or Data Products.
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale data and AI programmes.
- Senior stakeholder engagement with CTOs, CDOs and engineering leaders.
- Commercial experience including opportunity shaping, bids and pricing.
- Leadership in AI strategy and transformation for engineering teams.
- Experience with agentic AI and operating models at scale.
- Knowledge of AI governance, risk, and responsible AI principles.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead AI-enabled transformation programmes spanning data and platform engineering and data product delivery.
- Provide senior technical leadership across complex engagements in one or more capability areas.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as strategic advisor.
- Shape client technology strategies and roadmaps for AI-native platforms and pipelines.
- Drive AI-SDLC adoption and scalable, quality engineering practices.
- Lead operating models for agentic data and platform operations, human-in-the-loop AI workflows.
