Job summary
Accenture is seeking an experienced Data & AI Senior Manager in Glasgow to shape strategy and lead large, multi-disciplinary AI programmes. You will drive transformation across data engineering, platform engineering and data product delivery, engaging senior stakeholders and guiding clients through AI-driven change.

Qualifications
- Deep technical expertise in one or more capability areas: AI Platform Engineering, AI Pipelines or Data Products.
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale data & AI programmes from strategy to production.
- Senior stakeholder engagement with CTOs, CDOs and technology leaders.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead AI-enabled transformation programmes across data, platform engineering and data product delivery.
- Provide senior technical leadership across complex engagements in one or more capability areas.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
- Shape client technology strategies and roadmaps for AI-native platforms and data products.
- Drive AI-SDLC adoption and governance for scalable delivery.
- Lead operating model design for autonomous/human-in-the-loop AI processes.
- Oversee commercial aspects: opportunity shaping, bids, pricing, and contract engagement.
- Govern Responsible AI, risk, security and compliance within delivery.
