Job summary

Datatech is seeking a Senior Manager - AI & Analytics to lead enterprise-level data and AI transformation across London, Manchester and Glasgow in a hybrid model. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding AI adoption, governance, and value realization while collaborating with engineering, product and business teams.

The role requires substantial experience in Data, Analytics and AI transformation, with a proven ability to work with C-suite stakeholders and deliver

Qualifications

• Experience leading major Data, Analytics and AI transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives and translate strategy into actions.
• Experience moving AI from pilot to enterprise-scale adoption.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, intelligent agents and RAG.
• Experience designing enterprise AI architectures and data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior leaders to identify AI-driven transformation opportunities and develop strategic plans.
• Lead complex consulting engagements delivering measurable business value.
• Translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled applications and workflows.
• Advise on modern data platforms, semantic layers and governance.
• Oversee AI solution design integration with existing systems and teams.
• Define success metrics and communicate ROI of initiatives.
• Support business development and thought leadership in AI.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams.
