Job summary

Loomis UK is undergoing a major technology transformation, investing in data, automation and AI to improve efficiency, customer service and decision-making across a nationwide business. We are building a new Data, AI & Automation capability and seeking an exceptional leader to drive it.

As Data, AI & Automation Manager you will define the roadmap, lead AI adoption, build enterprise dashboards in Power BI and deliver measurable improvements in operations and customer experience while developing a

Qualifications

Experience leading data, analytics, automation or technology transformation initiatives.
Strong Power BI, SQL and data analysis capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver Loomis UK's Data, AI and Automation roadmap.
Lead the adoption of AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled business solutions.
Develop enterprise reporting and dashboards using Power BI.
Identify and implement automation opportunities using Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath.
Improve data quality, governance and business insight across the organisation.
Lead the ongoing enhancement of the Loomis Customer Portal.
Manage and develop a team of Technical Analysts.
Partner with business leaders to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity and customer experience.
