Job summary

Harnham in Leicester is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead two specialist functions: MI & Reporting and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The role focuses on modernising Finance Operations through analytics, automation, and AI-powered decision making.

You will shape the analytics roadmap, drive data governance, and manage key stakeholders across IT and Finance leadership. A senior leadership position with significant impact on capabilities and performance.

Qualifications

This role requires leadership of Data, Analytics, BI, Automation, or Operational Excellence teams.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills are essential.
Experience delivering reporting, analytics, or automation transformation programs.

Responsibilities

Lead MI & Reporting and RPA Product Owner teams.
Own the analytics strategy and data roadmap for Finance Operations.
Drive AI-powered analytics adoption and self-service reporting.
Oversee data governance, quality, and trust across reporting processes.
Guide major Finance Operations transformation projects with IT and business stakeholders.
