The position offers direct access to senior leadership, autonomy from day one, and opportunities to influence company-wide AI strategy while working with Power Platform, Copilot, and Power BI within a growing FM sector business.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or workflow automation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering digital transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the company's Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID).
• Drive adoption and optimisation of Copilot and AI technologies across the business.
• Design and implement automation using Power Automate and the Power Platform.
• Develop Power Apps and workflow solutions to improve processes.
• Create dashboards and BI reports using Power BI and other tools.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement technology-driven improvements.
• Manage digital transformation projects from concept to delivery.
• Improve data integration between business systems.
• Collaborate with leaders to deliver practical tech solutions.
