Job summary

Glanville Environmental in Plymouth is seeking a diligent data and reports reviewer to ensure drainage survey outputs are accurate, consistent and delivered to clients in clear formats.

You will work under the CCTV Manager, quality checking CCTV pipeline drainage reports, asset data sheets and digital plans, coordinating with site teams to capture and submit correct data. The role emphasises a safe working culture and proficient use of Microsoft Office and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the consistency and accuracy of drainage survey outputs in various formats
• Produce and quality check CCTV pipeline drainage reports
• Produce and quality check asset data sheets
• Amend and review drainage network plans digitally
• Support with coordination alongside site teams to ensure accurate data capture and submissions
• Utilising a digital database platform control and manage survey uploads and sharing
• Support with recording and managing incoming workloads
• Communication and arrange property/client access for teams where necessary
• Assist in scheduling site teams where necessary
• Support in the Health and Safety culture by adopting and promoting a safe site delivery

Reporting to the CCTV Manager is required to review, analyse and process the accuracy and consistency of all drainage survey information to maintain a high expected standard of survey is provided to the client at all times in formatted and clear feedback. Insisting on a high level of consistency is held between site teams and clients
