QA Limited in Greater London is offering a Level 3 Data Technician apprenticeship within the national secretariat team. The role blends daily administrative tasks with practical data work to source, format, check, and present information accurately and securely.
You will develop data literacy while supporting office systems and processes, with a clear path into data or analyst roles as you gain experience and qualifications.

We are looking for a motivated Data Administration Apprentice to join our team on a Level 3 Data Technician apprenticeship. This role combines day-to-day administrative support with hands‑on data work — sourcing, formatting, checking, and presenting information so it is accurate, secure, and easy for colleagues to use. You will develop practical data literacy skills while supporting the smooth running of the office and its systems.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build a foundation in data handling and analysis alongside core administrative and organisational skills, with a route into more specialist data or analyst roles.
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
