TerraQuest Solutions Ltd is seeking a Data Account Executive to join our Data Sales team in Birmingham. You will identify and convert B2B opportunities for TerraQuest’s planning and land data propositions, engaging PropTech SMEs, PLCs, and enterprise clients across engineering and property sectors.
Reporting to the CRO, the role involves full sales lifecycle: from outreach to close, negotiating terms, and progressing data licensing agreements, with competitive salary and commission on offer.

The role targets PropTech SMEs, PLCs, and enterprise clients across engineering, technology, and property sectors.
