Gear4music is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our York team. You will handle inbound calls and emails, offering friendly, professional advice on a wide range of musical instruments and AV products. You’ll resolve complex questions and contribute as a valued member of our specialist service team.

The role emphasizes multilingual communication, a strong telephone manner, and a genuine interest in music, with remote opportunities considered where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Danish with strong written and spoken communication.
• Confidence and professional telephone manner for inbound calls.
• Some experience in a customer service environment is desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer tasks.
• Good knowledge of musical instruments and equipment is advantageous.
• Reliable, friendly, and focused on delivering first-class service.
• An interest in music is beneficial and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and a small number of emails from customers.
• Provide friendly and professional advice on instruments, equipment and AV products.
• Resolve challenging customer enquiries and escalate when needed.
• Become a valued member of the Customer Service team.
